Abstract:
The Consultation Report is the first output from the LEAP process for the Middle Severn area and is not the final plan. Before a finalised plan is produced the Environment Agency enters a three month consultation period which enables all interested parties to liaise and reach a consensus about the management of the area and develop a shared vision. The publication of this report marks the start of this consultation period. The Action Plan will be published in November 1997. The diagram below shows the LEAP process.
