Abstract:
This is the Second Annual Review of the Upper Bristol Avon Action Plan which was published in March 1995. It introduces the Environment Agency, summarizes progress made with Actions and introduces several new Actions. An important part of the CMP process is to monitor the Action Plan to ensure that targets and actions are achieved and that the plan continues to address relevant and significant issues within the catchment. This report summarizes the progress made since the publication of the Action Plan in 1995 and the First Annual Review in 1996.
