Abstract:
Drigg is an operational facility for the near surface disposal of solid, low level, radioactive waste (LLW). The site is owned and operated by British Nuclear Fuels pic (BNFL) and is located on the West Cumbrian coastal plain, south of BNFL's Sellafield site. This report describes the review methodology, criteria and associated procedures to be applied in undertaking technical review of the the post-closure safety case (PCSC) Development Programme.
