Abstract:
The Catchment Management Planning process within the NRA involves the production of three types of document a Consultation Report, an Action Plan and Annual Reviews. The Lower Bristol Avon Catchment Management Plan Consultation Report explained how the catchment is used and discussed what could be done to protect or restore the water environment. This Action Plan summarizes what the NRA , in co-operation with other organizations and individuals plans to do over the next five years to tackle the issues facing the water environment in the catchment. It should be read in conjunction with the Consultation Report.
