Title: Grimsby catchment management plan : summary report : November 1994
Author: National Rivers Authority
Document Type: Monograph
Abstract:
Catchment management planning aims to create a consistent framework within which all the NRAs functions and responsibilities can be applied in a coordinated manner within a particular catchment area. During this planning process, the current state of the water environment and its associated uses are systematically analysed and compared with appropriate standards. Where these standards are not being met or are likely to be affected in the future, the shortfalls, together with options for action to resolve them, are presented as issues in a table at the end of this brochure.
