Author: National Rivers Authority
Document Type: Monograph
Abstract:
The implementation of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations requires that a number of consecutive stages be followed with decisions being made at each stage. In addition training needs will be identified and there is a need for all employees to be made aware of the Regulations and to have access to data on hazardous substances relevant to their duties. This section sets out the manner in which each of these aspects is to be dealt with in order to achieve the necessary degree of consistency throughout the organisation.
