This short document is the first edition of an Environment Agency newsletter called Flood Warden. In September 2003 the first Community Group and Flood Warden Scheme afternoon was held at Rivers House in Bridgwater. The newsletter gives brief information on local community groups that deal with flood issues and flood protection products.
