Dove catchmentDefinition (http://cdn.environment-agency.gov.uk/gemi0106bken-e-e.pdf) The Dove catchment drains an area of approximately 1,020km2 of north Staffordshire and west Derbyshire and includes the Rivers Dove, Churnet, Tean, Manifold and Hamps. There are a number of urban areas in the catchment including Leek, Cheadle, Ashbourne, and Uttoxeter.
